Ian Wookey is the president of Seniority Investments Ltd. in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. With a business and real estate background spanning more than 30 years, Ian and his father were largely responsible for the redevelopment of Toronto’s Village of Yorkville. The transformation has created an iconic world class neighbourhood that includes a mixture of office, retail and residential. Seniority Investments has also acquired large holdings on King St West and restored these historic buildings to their beautiful original state. Retail frontages were modernized attracting tenants such as Starbucks. Yorkville & King St West are now recognized being some of Canada’s premier residential addresses.
