With a business and real estate background spanning more than 30 years, Ian and his father were largely responsible for the redevelopment of Toronto’s Village of Yorkville. The transformation has created an iconic world class neighbourhood that includes a mixture of office, retail and residential. Seniority Investments has also acquired large holdings on King St West and restored these historic buildings to their beautiful original state. Retail frontages were modernized attracting tenants such as Starbucks. Yorkville & King St West are now recognized being some of Canada’s premier residential addresses.

Remo is married with two children and enjoys time with his family and golf.
Tony Bellissimo, Founder & President, Topsite Contracting, became a professional engineer in the late 70s. Shortly after securing his professional designation, Tony began to build one of the GTA’s most well respected and successful contracting firms. Topsite provides underground servicing to the commercial, industrial and institutional development sectors. Tony has also been an active developer in the commercial and industrial sectors across Ontario for the past 30 years. Tony is married and has three children.
Paul Bonwick, Founder and President, Compenso Communications, started the company shortly after his departure from federal politics in 2004. Paul served his fellow Canadians as a Member of Federal Parliament from 1997 -2004. In 2002, Paul was appointed to the Privy Council by Prime Minister Paul Martin. Since then, Paul has worked for several of Canada’s largest developers, providing strategic planning and implementation strategies. Throughout his working career, Paul has earned the reputation as a man of integrity and is trusted by government officials (at all levels) and CEOs alike. Paul is married with three children and one grandson. Paul enjoys hunting & fishing as well as time at Brewster Lake with family and friends.
